And Now I’m Tired

I had a wonderful evening with family at the Selkirk Hotel for dinner, and then a nice long walk around Fort Edmonton park :)

Then I came home and decided my goal was 45 mins. It’s a little easier to hit doing Cycling at Advanced (~13 mins) and Rhythm Boxing at Expert (~10 mins).

Games: Training Plus, Aerobics

But now I’m tired *lol*
