*grumbles*
Anyway, nothing for yesterday. I got in late and had to get up early, so I skipped.
Shredded today, but feeling annoyed at everything. I have decided whoever thought it was a good idea to make the intro to the program unskippable needs to be beaten with a Nerf bat. Seriously, I think watching that thing everyday will be more painful than the program.
Off Game: 30 Day Shred, Level 1
Although, I tweaked something in my back tonight, so maybe not. I might try doing the Yoga exercises and/or Intu-Flow in the morning tomorrow, and then the shred later, just to try and work that out. It was something early on with all the jumping
Let’s See If That Helps
I’ve been getting progressively more sore (over three days *lol*), which I expected, but would like to reduce if possible. So, today I took a break after doing the shred, and then did Intu-Flow. I’m not sure if that’ll mean I’m more or less sore, but I’m hoping for less
Off Game: 30 Day Shred, Level 1 & Intu-Flow, Beginner
In other news, I may not be using the games on the Wii, but I am still doing my daily body test, and am still tempted to take a baseball bat to the balance board.
Quick Workout
I do like the fact that this is a quick workout. I did mine, and then had to log into WoW right away for my Tuesday dungeon runs *LOL*
Off Game: 30 Day Shred, Level 1
I still hate push-ups.
And Now I’ll Just Lie Down
About a week ago, a couple of my friends started doing a work-out called the 30 Day Shred. I have a terrible history with DVD workouts, but I decided the whole peer support thing might help, and ordered it. (It also helped that it’s a twenty minute work-out, which seems to be what my attention span and schedule can support.)
I got it today, and did the first workout. It starts with two of my weaknesses: upper body strength (stupid freaking push-ups) and cardio. I expect much swearing at the TV, especially during the first level, but assuming it doesn’t cause me to actually stop breathing, I’m going to keep going with it.
Off Game: 30 Day Shred, Level 1
This’ll probably be the only thing I do for a while
Bleh
There are some days when I’m sure the sensor on this stupid thing is failing. This is one of those days
But I’m done, and I took a break from levelling a character to do it, so yay!
Wii Fit Time: 40 mins
Games: Training Plus, Aerobics
I Have No Excuse
I just wanted a short one today >_<
But I did the games I hadn’t tried yet in Training Plus, including the new basic run (which I should not do on the yoga mat), so it wasn’t all slacking
Wii Fit Time: 20 mins
Games: Training Plus
Very Short
Went to see MacBeth tonight, in the park ^_^ So, a very short night.
Wii Fit Time: 21 mins
Games: Training Plus, Aerobics
I should start mixing in some other games again *lol*
Fly-by Post
Short night

Now, to see if I can fix my desktop *knocks on wood*
And Now I’m Tired
I had a wonderful evening with family at the Selkirk Hotel for dinner, and then a nice long walk around Fort Edmonton park
Then I came home and decided my goal was 45 mins. It’s a little easier to hit doing Cycling at Advanced (~13 mins) and Rhythm Boxing at Expert (~10 mins).
Wii Fit Time: 46 mins
Games: Training Plus, Aerobics
But now I’m tired *lol*
I Hate You, Balance Board
I started re-watching season 4 of Lost last night. With my desktop down, I’m actually paying attention to what’s on the screen, so I don’t feel like watching the same movie on repeat like usual
Anyway, I put it on during dinner, and then decided to ride my bike through an episode. If I’d realised I was on the flash forward to Kate’s trial, I would’ve waited for an episode with a storyline that didn’t bore me to tears. I lasted 15mins.
Off Game: Recumbant Bike

I really hate the Balance Board some nights. I got on to a Body Test measurement that seemed unlikely. I really should’ve re-done it right away, or at least when it said my cat had dropped a kilogram and a half over night (it compares the combined weight to yours on your own), but I didn’t re-do it until the end.
So yeah, very different measurement, and I can’t blame the decrease on the workout
