			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>About a week ago, a couple of my friends started doing a work-out called the 30 Day Shred. I have a terrible history with DVD workouts, but I decided the whole peer support thing might help, and ordered it. (It also helped that it&#8217;s a twenty minute work-out, which seems to be what my attention span and schedule can support.)</p>
<p>I got it today, and did the first workout. It starts with two of my weaknesses: upper body strength (stupid freaking push-ups) and cardio. I expect much swearing at the TV, especially during the first level, but assuming it doesn&#8217;t cause me to actually stop breathing, I&#8217;m going to keep going with it.</p>
<p><strong>Off Game:</strong> 30 Day Shred, Level 1</p>
<p>This&#8217;ll probably be the only thing I do for a while <img src='http://wilsonkarate.com/training/bdwilson/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
