Well, There Went That Plan

So, I didn’t wind up doing Intu-Flow or Yoga today. Largely because at about the time I had planned to do so, my string of early mornings caught up with me and I fell asleep on my couch :P

When I woke up, my back felt fine, so I thought I’d be good, until I started jumping. I think I need to find something to replace most of the cardio exercises, for at least until I can stretch out or otherwise recover from whatever got tweaked. Replacing them is better than not doing them, which is where I finally landed today. I got through about haf each circuit, and that was it. But I did an extra punches round at the end.

Off Game: 30 Day Shred, Level 1

I think my Balance Board mis-weighed in my favour today. Which is kinda nice, because there’s a drop on the graph, but I expect it to go back up tomorrow :P

Let’s See If That Helps

I’ve been getting progressively more sore (over three days *lol*), which I expected, but would like to reduce if possible. So, today I took a break after doing the shred, and then did Intu-Flow. I’m not sure if that’ll mean I’m more or less sore, but I’m hoping for less :)

In other news, I may not be using the games on the Wii, but I am still doing my daily body test, and am still tempted to take a baseball bat to the balance board.

Bleh

There are some days when I’m sure the sensor on this stupid thing is failing. This is one of those days :P

But I’m done, and I took a break from levelling a character to do it, so yay!

I Hate You, Balance Board

I started re-watching season 4 of Lost last night. With my desktop down, I’m actually paying attention to what’s on the screen, so I don’t feel like watching the same movie on repeat like usual :P

Anyway, I put it on during dinner, and then decided to ride my bike through an episode. If I’d realised I was on the flash forward to Kate’s trial, I would’ve waited for an episode with a storyline that didn’t bore me to tears. I lasted 15mins.

I really hate the Balance Board some nights. I got on to a Body Test measurement that seemed unlikely. I really should’ve re-done it right away, or at least when it said my cat had dropped a kilogram and a half over night (it compares the combined weight to yours on your own), but I didn’t re-do it until the end.

So yeah, very different measurement, and I can’t blame the decrease on the workout :P
