Bleh
There are some days when I’m sure the sensor on this stupid thing is failing. This is one of those days
But I’m done, and I took a break from levelling a character to do it, so yay!

I Have No Excuse
I just wanted a short one today >_<
But I did the games I hadn’t tried yet in Training Plus, including the new basic run (which I should not do on the yoga mat), so it wasn’t all slacking

Very Short
Went to see MacBeth tonight, in the park ^_^ So, a very short night.

Now, to see if I can fix my desktop *knocks on wood*
And Now I’m Tired
I had a wonderful evening with family at the Selkirk Hotel for dinner, and then a nice long walk around Fort Edmonton park
Then I came home and decided my goal was 45 mins. It’s a little easier to hit doing Cycling at Advanced (~13 mins) and Rhythm Boxing at Expert (~10 mins).

But now I’m tired *lol*
I Hate You, Balance Board
I started re-watching season 4 of Lost last night. With my desktop down, I’m actually paying attention to what’s on the screen, so I don’t feel like watching the same movie on repeat like usual
Anyway, I put it on during dinner, and then decided to ride my bike through an episode. If I’d realised I was on the flash forward to Kate’s trial, I would’ve waited for an episode with a storyline that didn’t bore me to tears. I lasted 15mins.

I really hate the Balance Board some nights. I got on to a Body Test measurement that seemed unlikely. I really should’ve re-done it right away, or at least when it said my cat had dropped a kilogram and a half over night (it compares the combined weight to yours on your own), but I didn’t re-do it until the end.
So yeah, very different measurement, and I can’t blame the decrease on the workout
Lazy
Short night tonight. Had fun hanging out with family today, and then came home and continued to fail to get my computer to start
So, now I don’t want to do anything except watch a movie and eat popcorn
My Wii will complain at me tomorrow, I imagine.

Long Day is Long
Today felt like a Monday, even though it was a Friday, and pretty much sucked top to bottom.
Anyway, it’s over *lol* I didn’t feel like doing exercise that looked like exercise, so I played the games rather than doing a routine. I did do a longer track in Cycling, which involved keeping my weight forward to go off hills, and made by back stiff. I did a round of Super Hula Hoops to help with that and feels better. I also learned what cliffs look like on the bike mini-map, unfortunately after I rode over one to my virtual death
I ended with Rhythm Parade, which I am oddly fond of, given it involves marching. I tried the Advanced version, and discovered just how dependant I am on the whistle keeping pace, because they take it away from you half-way through. But I didn’t do too terrible, and I didn’t end the parade alone *lol*

I spent a lot of this afternoon investigating computer display issues. Tomorrow I’m going to try and take my graphics card out, and see if cleaning it solves the problems. (In a side-note, a friend of mine suggested this about a month ago. I misunderstood what he meant needed to be cleaned, unfortunately.)
I’m a little worried about that. The plugs didn’t seem like they’d detach easily, and I have a history of breaking things like that
I’m going to have to be careful, and see if it’s a little more self apparent once I take the screws out *crosses fingers*
I also hope this works. If it doesn’t, I’m looking at having to replace the graphics card, and finding something compatible. Dell’s suggestions were different looking cards that what I’ve got, and a different manufacturer than I’m used to. It might be worth taking it in somewhere to get the cards replace, but that’s an entirely different level of tediousness, as the computer case is too freaking huge.
But, we have family visiting in town, so I should get to see them this weekend, which will be a good thing
Canada Day!
Yay for a holiday
I spent most of in working on changes to a friend’s web page *lol* But, I got a little time in.
Off Game: Intu-Flow
Wii Fit Time: 35 mins
Games: Training Plus, Form, Health, Lifestyle, Youth
My hopes that my computer problems were fixed were dashed this evening. Same start-up error, except this time it registered the second monitor enough to show me that yes, it was displaying everything on the wrong one. It was also frozen, though, which surprised me.
So, I have to figure out what I want to do. I may have to replace one of the graphics cards, which is something I haven’t done before. I deal with software, not hard ware
But the rest of the system seems fine. I may take off the second monitor for a while, and see if it’s just the one card that’s the problem.
Bleh. I’m not typically dual-boxing at the moment, but I’ve gotten used to working with two monitors. I should also look up how long I’ve had this thing, just in case I bought enough coverage to get it replaced on warranty, if it does need to be replaced.
Later Night
Late start tonight, and I didn’t feel like doing a routine, so I picked random games. That lead to the decision to do the six minute version of Super Hula Hoop, just because I wanted something longer.
Six minutes feel like a long time to swing your hips

Holiday tomorrow. I hope to get a longer stretch in
