Sunday in the park. Weather held out for a bit, then a bit of drizzle, so we hid under the trees and continued training!
Marcus, Sue, Janet and Me! No crappy family blah blah for me this week! Yay!
Worked on base, sinking, filling, striking, sticking, flowing, and general physical connectedness.
Not much then….
Then some conditioning to finish us off.
Pretty good session. Did seam like I was doing a lot of talking. Some of it kinda made sense to me, hope it helped somebody!
Good for me to go through all this stuff again. Seams like Marcus tried to teach me, I didn’t get it, started doing it, got better, and now I have to learn what it is I,m actually doing!
Strange process.
