Been sick all week, no training. Lots of work though.
Three straight days of chain sawing! My lower back and shoulders are killing me!
Power lines got taken out by a tree sunday night, it fell across the road, essentially blocking us in and cutting off the phone, power and water.
In a strange twist of fate my laptop could access the internet again!
until the battery ran out…
We got the tree guys in to handle the big stuff. ( they had to use a digger!) and we did the clean up.
Lots of fire wood!
But the power guys couldn’t get here until tuesday, So Natalie and I stayed at my Mums place for monday night.
Was nice with us all together, i went to work tuesday and left Natalie and Mum together for the day. Its the first time they have spent so much time together with out me to be the buffer.
Turns out they really like each other, and they had a grate day gas bagging.
So training this week has been cut out to try and get over the last of my cold, and to try and heal my sore body.
I am hoping the weather is good for sunday so i can get in at least something this week.
and yes the baby shopping continues, this week i bought a teddy bear! other than that i don’t know what the rest of that stuff is!
