Wednesday 18 August 2010, back to the front.

First night back lifting for a few weeks, so took it easy, backed off the wight and the reps, made it a “comfortable” nights lifting.

One step back for two steps forward…

Last of the cold is going, nose still runs a little, and the lungs have still got a little crap in them.

But otherwise feeling pretty good!

Next week will hit the 20 reps on the trap bar with 90kg and then will start pushing the wights back up again.

The dips and pull ups can just keep doing there own thing. I would like to be able to keep doing 10 rep sets, but will need to lower the reps to get the wight up. I’m just not a good rep’er and find with upper body stuff that anything over 6 reps gets VERY heavy, but with out the growth or poundage increase. Will see what happens. I have, in the past, done some good lifting on these two exercises so I feel I don’t have much to prove. What ever happens with my “higher rep” experiment” will be informative if nothing else…
