Been a Quite week at work. Clearing out the work sheds into containers so construction can start.

And then go home and do more packing… joy…

I have been feeling crap since sunday, was considering not training but past experience is that I feel worse not training, so lift’y lift’y.

Still on the light side as I get over the recent sickness. Hit all the right numbers without any difficulty.

.. and felt much better afterwards
