Late post.. I know, I know..lots lots happening…
Great training with Marcus and Darren – Janets garage dojo. Progressions as per last week, from flinch to … wherever. Plus – Kotikitae, slapping/striking – power generation and flow. Lots of important ideas - principles principles. Got to rememember guards, sinking. I find I’m still handicapped by my previous training…but very gradually letting myself let go. This training is seriously exciting. 
Janet’s son Joseph got to work with Darren. I have watched him progress over many years and I’m sure he got more out of that session than many months of other training he’s done. He had to work hard, no hiding.
