Arrgh

Shoulders so sore from huge number of pushups over the last week or more, cant lift arms properly, can’t sleep. I have over-trained. Just have to rest out or I’ll really do damage, so no Ashihara tonight. Light Intuflow, mainly body stuff.

Classic case of conflicting training regimes.

    Yeh, just overloaded the shoulders. It will be a good few days recovery I think. Man it was fun though!
