Physio has forbidden me to train for a week. If there isnt real improvement in the shoulder by Monday I’ll have to have an ultrasound. I have rubber-band and stretching exercises to do.

So – verrry gentle Intuflow, to music, carefully.

    a week , hell you should stop for a month , its not training if its doing damage . You have a full time regime to improve your martial arts … its called rehab .

    Marcus is right look close at what you are doing that has injured the shoulder.

    Lots of what I orginally learned was actually very damaging.

    Self defence begins with protecting yourself training.
