Hmmm

:)

Its very clear what has happened here. I am following two different regimes which don’t generally intersect, and I do try to follow them honestly, wholeheartedly and with max commitment. I work hard and I expect to hurt sometimes after training.

I’ve had a period of 2-3 weeks with lots of training where the pushup/forward pressure componentĀ has been worked on hard in both regimes. So no chance for recovery, a small thing became a big thing surprisingly quickly.

I’m not in charge and its hard to refuse to do something. Sometimes you can just push too far.

I’m not being irresponsible, I just have to integrate the training a little better. Its new territory and I’m learning.

youll work it out , but health first . balance is everything . Juggling training goals opjectives and targets is difficult and really the whole game . Heal well , the hardest bit is always holding back .

    Take control of your training.

Work the 4 x 7 No intensity, low Intensity, Moderate intensity and High Intensity.

The people you train with have to understand the human body and health or what the heck are they training.

    I mean that.

If a student is working injured allowance should be made — period — or run like hell from that training.

Agreed Rick , and at the risk of sounding like a lecture (not the intent) , you cannot train two methodologys simultaneously at 100 % , they both are dmenading 100 % on there own .

Im cycling my training and goals , its just a physical reality , but Im sure you know all this , I will be dabbler at juijitsu in there eyes (and skill wise too ) , and im a part time Uechi guy too to pay that price , not to mention the physical excercise changes and body adaptations (which include sacrafice) to do it .

your goals , your agenda , your decision , and definately your body
