Friday Morning – Tai Chi Chuan

Warmup with circular, breathing and expansion/contraction movements.

Practised some foundation movements, weight-shifting, moving forwards and backwards. Then worked on the first moves of a form.

Finished with chi-gong energy/healingĀ  and standing meditation.
