More or the same , trained elbow flow , catching jabs, cross arm cover as entry and attack.  mostly strategic positioning. Did some arm conditioning and club bell work too.

New meds are allowing me to strike again elbow is less swollen and sore.  Felt good to hit someone again. However the meds are causing other medical conditions to flare up so I may have to go off them. Got a cortizone shot in the joint as well, appears to be helping.

The forearms sure took a beating with all elbow entries we trained, I had forgotten these anti inflamatory meds thinned the blood and caused bruising.

I’ve come to the conclussion that meds and doctors will do little to help, cure lies in quality nutrition and exercise.  Time to do intu flow daily and time to put some miles on the old body.

Can’t wait to train FEUR again, having a blast these days.

The anti inflamms are the last resort imho – but sometimes necessary. Intuflow, exercise, good food…back to basics, awesome.
    FEUR rocks!

No Sue amputation is the last resort. NSAID’s suck because they thin the blood and make you bleed. Last time I took some was when I broke two ribs at one of Ricks camps, about five years ago. Everyone was complaining of aches and pains and I claimed no issues. Then Louie the beast caved in my rib cage! (We need some smilie guys on this blog)

    test :)

I showed up at the hot tub the next evening and I case covered in bruises of every color. But hey, I slept through the night so it wasn’t that bad.

Seriously …I’m happy with were my ryu has gone and my ability to make it work as a wee sick old geezer! But I’ve lived in the park for a quarter of a century.

Missed the buffalo draw this year….when I get drawn your coming along even if I have to fly you over my self….Can’t expect an old gent like me to haul a ton of meat back to camp by himself. Buffalo Mmmmmh! And you thought the beef kicked ass!

Put on some fat too! If we hunt that buff it will be minus 40 in 4 feet of snow….will make that hard water fishing trip look like a summer picnic.

But no worries make I’ll see to it that you don’t lose any toes or the end of your nose. ;)
