		<description>Nice Laird , im going through hamstring stuff too , strained mine a bout three weeks ago , just getting them stronger , bodyweight work stuff is killer .

 love stick work , I think its a great extension would love to do more , I need a few full sets of body armour</description>

		<description>Carl blew his back out the morning after the first session. (nine days ago) He was reaching for his shoes on top of his locker at work and something let go. We weren’t far into the program (day1) so I put the mission on hold. I decided to wait for him, made more sense to do the mission together than working on different missions at the same time.Just as well, gave me more time to review the material and get organized.

He’s healthy now so we begin again tonight.</description>

I caution you not to go too hard your first moderate day or it bites you in the ass.

Literally, I did way too many lunges and my ass really hurt the next day.
