Back from the fast yesterday and it went very well. The first two days were oddly the toughest while the last two were a relative snap. Not usually the case when you hit about 84 hours without food and more importantly without water. I will post more later on the forum.
Tonight at karate we focused on how to use a knife for knifings.
No I don’t intend my folk to go out knifing people but to protect yourself from it you must know how to do it well.
