Ended the class with everyone doing Shivea Rea’s Creative Core Abs Flow Yoga workout

Tuesday, July 28th, 2009Went down to the CP Fitness centre after work.
Did about 20 minutes of Intu-Flow.
Did about 20 minutes back bends over the exercise ball.
Monday – DOJO
Monday, July 27th, 2009Little Intu-Flow to warm up then into the intuitive fighting drills.
Took the one on the post farther and introduced entering a discomfort zone with a face mauling drill that disturbed folks at the start but then had them comfortable by the end.
And Debbie stopped by to have her Kata updated – so great to see her.

Did some soft work:
1) Strikes to destroy structure.
2) Finding holes to strike in response to the strikes to destroy your structure (lots of fun this one.)
A late night at the CP Fitness Centre
Friday, July 24th, 2009Went down to the CP Fitness centre after work about 7:15.
Did about 30 minutes of Intu-Flow.
Did about 30 minutes of min-Clubbell CSTG.
Did about 20 minutes of shoulder work and back bends over the exercise ball.

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009Back down at CP Fitness Centre doing a nice long Intu-Flow and lots of shoulder work and using a bench then ball to work my back and shoulders working towards the wheel pose.
Back at the dojo
Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009It was great to be back at the dojo – don’t like gong that long without Uechi.
Started with soft work into hard into soft knife work into redirection into limb destruction.

Okay being out and out lazy tonight and taking one more night off before I kick off a real push of fitness and weight loss.
I want to loss what I gained back and then drop to where I was headed before.
Time to reverse the reversal now before it is too late.
Time to push the CST………………………………
