Did a flow created from Shiva Rea’s “Fluid Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga” DVD
Spiral meditation 7 minutes
Foundation Vinyasa 13 minutes
Basic Fluid Backbend 10 minutes
Forward Bends & Hip openers 18 minutes
Shavasana 5 minutes
Total; 53 MINUTES
Followed it with a brief nice intu-Flow

15 minutes of FlowFit 1 level 2 but slow as I was showing Tony who hasn’t watched his DVD yet.
Note: Friday did nothing.
Thursday and my workout is posting video clips.
We worked on Intu-Flow
Then filmed Destruction of Structure Drill
Then some slow Kata
And then before I left 10 minutes of FlowFit 1 level 2
After doing so well with the Yoga I am bailing to try an upload the clips…………….
Just Karate tonight no yoga so my run ends “this time” at 13 days in a row for Yoga.

Ah Sunday a day I love to relax and take it easy BUT wait I have to do a Yoga DVD unless I want to start making excuses.
So I remembered a short flow on the “Fluid Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga” DVD by Shiva Rea and it turned out to be a 26 minute flow of meditation – read very Qigong.
So that is what I chose to do after a brief Intu-Flow.
And thus I made it to day 13……………
A slow morning. Just Rick B and I talking, Intu-Flow, pigeon pose knee and hip opening work and some slow Kata.
Then Tony showed up and we decided to do Shiva Rea’s “Flow Yoga for Beginners” 70 minutes.
This is a great video to start Yoga on and I love the flow yoga.
Some of the Power Flow Yoga leaves me in the dust but I love trying it anyway.
