Worked mobility and careful with the pulled calf but doing okay
Okay worked late again but around 7:15 p.m. went down to the gym.
Did a really nice long Intu-Flow that felt great.
Then I wanted to do a set of five reps right in a row of:
10 stand to squat , jump out to plank, press down to chataranda okay so just really a push up, then into up dog, then burpy back up to squat and stand.
Then 50 skips.
On the fifth round after the squat thingies I was on my last round of skipping about the 245 skip then my right calf pulled.
Crap.
