Intu-Flow then Lots of fun with the few kids that came — they worked really hard – made me work hard — fun.
Adult class we took the CM stuff and stepped into:
1. Intercept.
2. Intercept and elbow.
3. Intercept, elbow unfold and strike.
4. Intercept unfold and control
5. Intercept, elbow and harmonies low knee to knee with step in to strike.
6. Intercept, elbow unfold strike or control and knee anywhere as you step in to strike.
7. Now integrate that with intu-flow knee circle kicks.

Got home and did not want to miss Yoga tonight.
Really enjoying the pace and hip opening of Shiva Rea’s Daily Energy Shanti flow so did it and the forward bends and the relaxing Shivasina 23 + 6 + 5 = 34 minutes
