Down at the Canada Place Fitness Centre after work.
I think the GYMBOSS gets accidentally turned on in my bag because the battery was dead so I had to use the clock on the wall – that sucked.

Im going to get spare batterys now Rick , my Gymboss arrived two weeks ago , great tool , but dont know how id do it with a clock , i have a hard enough time rememebering the sequences by the end .
Hey Marcus:
Don’t even know if the battery was dead – I replaced it and it still did not work – crap I thought.
Then I recalled that video clip on trouble shooting and that there is a small pin hole on the side. If you push a pin (I used a thumb tack) in a little ways (gently) and hold it for three seconds or so the GYMBOSS reboots.
I tried it and low and behold it came back to life.
at least its going again , good stuff , and good tip to remeber
