Back from our second night at Hotel Selkirk Ft. Edmonton Park.
Spent the day scrubbing the down stairs suite as my son who just moved into the small suite had not kept it as clean as he will this one and my daughter my need to move back and we needed the space ready, so a hard day’s work.
Still had to face my program and as hard as it was at the end of the day I am coming to terms with some of the harder moves and at least I think my form is falling into place finally.

The first 6 intu-Flow like warm up for 60 seconds
Mission 1 Level 2 bodyweight exercises on the Tabata protocol 10 seconds rest 20 seconds work for 8 rounds. 60 seconds rest between the six exercises.
The first 6 Yoga poses for 60 seconds each.
Gets better each time but man I am struggling with some. Even the Sit Through Reach which I have done a lot of it kicking my butt.
I decided to keep the pace at moderate to pick a number from my last round and go for it all eight rounds focusing on form and breathing.
Okay the majority of these are done on two sides and I count each side as one – I will
indicate them by: (count each side)
Front Lunge Jump (count each side): 8 x 10 = 80 ; 10
Plank Push: 8 x 10 = 80 ; 10
Sit thru Reach (count each side): 8 x 8 = 64 ; 8
Screw Push-up (count each side): 8 x 6 = 48 ; 6
Spinal Rock pike: 8 x 5 = 40 ; 8
Tripod Twist (count each side): 8 x 8 = 64 ; 8

Then some ankle strength mobility moves.
