Day 8 Mission 1 level 2 Grunt High Intensity

The first 6 intu-Flow like warm up for 60 seconds

Mission 1 Level 2 bodyweight exercises on the Tabata protocol 10 seconds rest 20 seconds work for 8 rounds. 60 seconds rest between the six exercises.

The first 6 Yoga poses for 60 seconds each.

Gets better each time but man I am struggling with some. Even the Sit Through Reach which I have done a lot of it kicking my butt.

Okay the majority of these are done on two sides and I count each side as one – I will indicate them by: (count each side)

Front Lunge Jump (count each side): 15,12,12,11,10,11,12,12 = 95 ; 10

Plank Push: 11,11,11,10,11,11,11,10 = 86 ; 10

Sit thru Reach (count each side): 10,10,10,8,8,8,8,8 = 70 ; 8

Screw Push-up (count each side): 9,7,6,6,4,4,5,5 = 41 ; 4

Spinal Rock pike: 6,5,5,5,5,5,5,5 = 43 ; 5

Tripod Twist (count each side): 8,8,8,8,8,10,10,11 = 71 ; 8

Total Reps: 406, Tacfit score: 45

Will work to boost those up as the mission and level kick in.

Mission 1 Level 2 bodyweight exercises on the Tabata protocol 10 seconds rest 20 seconds work for 8 rounds. 60 seconds rest between the six exercises.

The first 6 Yoga poses for 60 seconds each.

Went better this round but still finding those lunge jumps really hard to do for eight rounds. The Plank pushes are not easy, the leg through have been done before but I always found lots to be hard. And then the screw push-ups really get hard after a few rounds. But the spinal rock allows you to recover and the tripod twist is tough but not too bad.

Put the kids through 4 rounds of each Tacfit Commando Mission 1 Level 2.

Hard but with a couple of modifications they did okay.

Adult class:

Sticking hands with Rav then a mirror drill with the group.

The first four just kill me the next two not so bad and thank goodness for spinal rocks.

Level 2 is brutal.

Now this is the worst case for me it is a Sunday and I started at 10:00 p.m. after a low energy day and a tough week. BUT these are killers. Well the first four are brutal. The last two are not as tough body wise but still so very entertaining.

This Mission might just kill me. Oh boy…………….

The first exercise is a jump lunge and … well … they are tough
