Starting to find the form on all except the Scorpion Push-up I really suck at that one.

Okay so tonight was the real kick off of mission 2 Grunt because it is the first day of the six new bodyweight exercises.

I think I will like this one – they are hard but seem to fit me better.

Well I say that but I really cannot do a Scorpion push-up the way it si supposed to be done yet but I will continue to try.
