Okay so tonight was the real kick off of mission 2 Grunt because it is the first day of the six new bodyweight exercises.
I think I will like this one – they are hard but seem to fit me better.
Well I say that but I really cannot do a Scorpion push-up the way it si supposed to be done yet but I will continue to try.

6 Intu-Flow warm up exercises built for mission 2
6 new bodyweight exercises: Lunge twist knee, swinging tripod, scorpion push-up, bear push-up, Rocca Squat (a triceps push-up — YES THREE push-ups in a row!) and then diagonal bridge.
6 Yoga poses for 60 seconds each
Then watched Mission 2 level 2 Again – the Scorpion push-ups are going to be the tricky ones this time.
