Need more calories mostly , vague session today , hard to keep things moving when your tired , but very pleased with the skill progression .

pretty beat up this week , but sundays are fun

good turnout , first nice day , I did some sets alternating between pull ups and dips for about six rounds before/as folks arrived . Receptive open minded folks learning and playing :)

pretty relaxed , lots of basic drilling , sticking work , some light pad work and collapsing elbow intro , some NLD and conditioning .

all the usual suspects , guy Greg we met about a month ago showed up and I worked mostly with him , letting the others try and get through the work by themselves , hes got a good skillset and some good training under his belt , could do with some lower body harmonies and grounding to tie it together , but Muay thai , Chunner , Capoira and lots more in his background … interesting skilled guy .

lots of triangel work , how to control/maintain and work it on securely , good setup , lots of drilling .

some really intense rolling , rolled with three of the beter/senior guys in a row and we went hard , exhausted and felt great

Mount escape , lot of good stuff and lots of drilling , and lots of changes to my game , better ways , and some bad habits ….. lower risk moves and a MMA variant just for fun .
