Flow striking

fluidity absorbing and conditioning tonight , ran thorugh seisan , not too physical tonight , but lots of feel and taking intuitive openings , sticking and flowing , yeilding and taking what they give .

also covered repalcing hands and replacing bridges , lots of elbows in our work , lots of elbows ….

conditioning is coming along I think .

decided to try it

double kettlebell long cycle 32 kg both hands

2 sets of 5
1 set of 4

the clean was the easy part , the press was a killer

form stayed good and it felt safe

cardio was fine though its clearly stressfull

shoulders I think will be destroyed

no arguing with double thirty twos overhead , heres Steve Maxwell doing the excercise

Back bridge pushups , not many just keeping it in cycle

Kettlebell long cycle 15 each side with 32 , no rest no sets , 15 straight each side

made me feel like puking , not so many reps but intense single sets , enough for today , should keep me from devolving .

got to get in more mobility work again ,everything is on the back burner , but holding ground nicely considering , even some progress .

was tired before but got through , all good , can move up weight with the pull ups for cycle 3

Before class body levers

class consited of multiple and chaining stirkes and flow . hitting multiple times with single mechanics and single arm etc .

then we finished up with conditioning .
