Missed mondays class entry so here it is , sure ive missed lots of entrys …. schedule is frantic again

did a knife session looked at range of motion and flow and avoidance , worked basically of the wauke , and Jimmy Maloneys style of stuff , some clamping etc , needs lots of work

did conditioning which I beleives improving

tonight some quick intuflow , not even the whole programm , and did some bridge work . am really just needing more sleep
