pad work , bashing things , the difference between pushing , throwing , and drawn strikes …….

pad work makes it feel like fight training .

some conceptual banter for a change some thoughts forming … what a change …..

the elbow drop off contact to create entry , the concept that if you can touch it you can hit it with an elbow , replace the elbow and climb/enter ….. fun/destructive stuff ……

MA lots of flow , kata and wave action in kata , in the wauke and leading with the shoulders also expiremented with the same action with the legs and hips .

2 sets of 10 longcycle with the 32 kg , just easing back in , didnt feel energetic , and it was all cardio , strength wasnt an issue but didnt have enough gas , relatively easy though but really think im at about 15 reps
