1 set of 6 failure on 7 :(

played with finger loops and pull ups prior , good toy , want to acheive a shoken pullup by end of year , would be truly freakish , can do it with the lead two in shoken position … just

good night training considering the break , first failure on ull up progression but big break of late .

feeling motivated again , feeling goals are starting to line up with expectations again .

forgot to post

pocket stick work , trying to emphasise limb control/destruction , climbing , the circles short power and multiple strikes , pocket stick is perfect

then went on to some knife type sparring/duelling for fun

then some conditioning

am thinking of pursuing weapons work more fully

oh yeah almost forgot , worked on a vertical elbow flow/kotikitae variation ….. arm pounding with elbows is just plain fun

did some intuflow , played with spinal rocks to pistol squat

basically chilled and reset , ready to get busy .

playing with the leg movments from intuflow a lot , have always utilised the movemnt for a front aiming mashi geri of sorts , but seeing where the rest of the dynamics can go
