Went out to Dazzles and met the latest equipment expirement , the bouncy bar .

 Surprisingly easy , and incredibly fun , lots of room for improvement

 1st time playing and about 75 kg I think clean and press .

 

 put together some thoughts and decided where training going for the next block I think , but it always evolves . Would like to get back to the ground seriously by the end of the year , but footwork , blade , and Qinna reveiw first .

Saturday , some untuflow , and some back bridge work , fighting something bit chesty and a bit week , some knee switches and grapplers toolbox stuff etc

 

Sunday

 

 Kettlebell lifting , still not well but much better , managed 12 with each arm of the 32`s long cycle …. bit weak but acceptable

 

 Darren says the bouncy bar is ready , should be fun , will have to post pics

Circular stepping , hollowing out and then driving around through , lots of thoughts , bobbing and weaving etc . More primal works better , flow of one movment rather than incremental steps .

Squats 130 kg * 8 low and slow

pull ups 5 sets of 8 with 15 kg then
1 set of 7 , failed on 8

oh yeah cant forget the grip work , and two finger (each hand ) pull ups ….. got my eyes on the shoken pull ups ….

Saturday springig tripods , spinal rocks , quad hops , and intuitive intuflow

Sunday kettlebell long cycle 14 reos each side with the 32 KG

Monday , knife and stick work , not the best taught class , lots of playng and thinking were we are heading next , time for a new block , flow in striking and defence has really improved . Od course a few rounds of conditioning … lots of improvement here too , though im sporting a couple bruises after last week from the heavy the elbow work
