a session of skipping and yoga

a session of bouncy bar

a session of conditioning and knife work

and tonight

squats 130 for 14

pullups 6 with 25 kg , and then all the different finger loop pull ups , and some attempted negatives trying to build to a one armed negative pullup

gathers no moss

a few sessions since last post

skipping and intuflow

Kettlebells and some flock of pigeons flow

and tonight Uechi flow drills and some knife work , still playing with flow and avoidance and just pure agression engagement .

hard to drill knife without full comittement or absolute slo mo im finding , oh and conditioning of course

Squats 130 kg for 11

pull ups 7 at 22.5

then the various finger pullups with finger loops , including three with just shokens … ouch

ok hvent been keeping up with the blog , a few sessions missed from the blog with just skipping and mobility work really

tonight we threw the bouncy bar , and did conditioning touched on curcular stepping and flow avoidance/yeilding and were we wnat to take it .

working on circular stepping and how it incoporates into yeilding and flow , moving around/with the force
