saturday training with the the dabblers :) , interesting progression and some real glimmers of understanding .

sunday kettlbell circuit work , presses , rows , pass rounds , squats and swings all with the 32 kg

Monday good Uechi work , examining our striking progressions , did some kata in predator mode very interesting , did some conditioning and absorbtion , and watched Ricks oh shite progression and is now stolen ;)

and tonight was Uechi , more body movment work and avoidance , more Blaur knees and kicks , interesting …….

what I really need is some rest and sleep …. got to lift big wednesday

ok mondya was Uechi we did mostly sonnon IMOUF stuff and some conditioning and continuing to expirement with yeilding to circula force .

tonight 132.5 for 10 squats
6 pull ups with 25 so close to 7

theres been more but havent been keeping track and blog up to date .
