150 for 10 , legs fine m upper body struggling to hold it ….. did a couple pistol squats afterwards :)

Ok blogs behind , monday was kata with darren , were really mixing it up and pulling it apart , Im still getting deeper in flow , and tweaking what i call tension points … remnants of stop start that are subtle but still there .

Dazzles really letting go , more power , more aggression , and were putting the fight more into the kata , lots more covering , and adaptations to reflect how we fight . Is fun , trying to get some of our ideas down before I get them shaken up again by Ricks clips ….. :)

anything after heavy squats is just folly , but fun , hardest upper body excercise ever …..

Session with the ninjas , recap of the spear bridging and micro moment position and shutting down force , ended with the gloves and some force on force .

to many blogs missed but , plenty of training

Squat has gone to 140 for ten , then on to 142.5 for ten
Pull ups at 27.5 for 5 … almost 6

kata has been dominating , while flow exists have discovered a few what Id call tension points … remnants of stopping and count i suspect … lots to play , also soe changes to seisan to reflect our fighting approach .

the saturday suspects , interesting , lot of laughs , and reinforced some ideas on progressions , the expirement continues .

some kettlebell work in there , some skipping , bits of intuflow , and moving and being offline and etc etc ….

oh and very fun session with the bouncy bar
