Squat has gone to 140 for ten , then on to 142.5 for ten
Pull ups at 27.5 for 5 … almost 6
kata has been dominating , while flow exists have discovered a few what Id call tension points … remnants of stopping and count i suspect … lots to play , also soe changes to seisan to reflect our fighting approach .
the saturday suspects , interesting , lot of laughs , and reinforced some ideas on progressions , the expirement continues .
some kettlebell work in there , some skipping , bits of intuflow , and moving and being offline and etc etc ….
oh and very fun session with the bouncy bar
