Ok blogs behind , monday was kata with darren , were really mixing it up and pulling it apart , Im still getting deeper in flow , and tweaking what i call tension points … remnants of stop start that are subtle but still there .
Dazzles really letting go , more power , more aggression , and were putting the fight more into the kata , lots more covering , and adaptations to reflect how we fight . Is fun , trying to get some of our ideas down before I get them shaken up again by Ricks clips …..
