squats , not so heavy but very low , below paralell ,
pull ups just bodyweight

little shoulder press , not many reps but some weight

bench press , just for laughs while waiting for the squat rack .

Uechi … ran through the stand up grrappling ive been working on with Dazzle

swimming for underhooks , swimming the neck tie , breaking grips , changing levels , bobbing and weaving grappling style , shooting and defence sprawl sprawl sprawl and how it all relaes to uechi posture/position and kata .

gorund work some ideas and concepts , and some take down work from outside , taking folks down onto there side and dominating control

kata and footwork , and tying it all back together

good physical session , some work on butterfly guard and passing and sweeping , some good rolling , got almost choked out by Paulo , good feedback and progress , already becoming more fluid .
