Uechi … ran through the stand up grrappling ive been working on with Dazzle
swimming for underhooks , swimming the neck tie , breaking grips , changing levels , bobbing and weaving grappling style , shooting and defence sprawl sprawl sprawl and how it all relaes to uechi posture/position and kata .
gorund work some ideas and concepts , and some take down work from outside , taking folks down onto there side and dominating control
kata and footwork , and tying it all back together
