Intuflow

Juijitsu , some really nice guard passes , and good side control work , and some nice nasty transitional extras . personally time to step up the intensity in the rolling .

Juijitsu , good workout , lots of juijitsu specific drilling and excercise , then a mini sort of tournament in club …. all weight divisions , so a good mauling with the monsters , holding my own ok considering the experience level , not dying is good :)

BJJ , quick warm up , lots of drilling , some good side control variants , side control to back , and arm bar , lots of transitional stuff …..

lots of rolling , good class , wish i had the kind of mind that could retain all the stuff Ive learnt , even notes dont do it justice , and they make it look so easy ……

feeling ok , soreness minimal , but a slight twinge in the neck , pushing on , JJ tomorrow . lots of intuflow is going to be the key I think .

Ok really sore legs from sunday …. to big a break , but ahh well at leastthe strength was there .

So came home and did some intuflow , a bit of a walk , some linament …. and had a meditate … treehugger …

went to JJ anywya , went well , warm up involved 100 body weight squats , felt much beter after that :)

did a throw then did a good guard pass variant , did some work on turtle and taking the back , some fun rolling ……

very hot …..
