uechi in the park

combo striking , still lots of work on moving the head , slipping , bobbing changing levels .

lots of bodyweight work , sprawls , quad presses , shoulder bridges , spinal rocks to standing , lots of lunge shooting work , springing tripod , screwing push ups … too much to remeber let alone write , devleoping more flow/sophisitication across the board

and kata and movement …. fighting kata

2000 rep warm up

20 excercises 100 reps

did guard work , and open guard work , threading the leg around the arm , sweeping with it , and a bicep crush leg triangle (i found it more a pain tolerance thing but i suspect my arm may tell me different tomorrow, i tapped when i realised that was the objective ) .

lots of alive guard pass drilling

Uechi in the park

fast hands and combos
bobbing weaving v’s and u’s

sprawls and clinch work , swimming underhooks and neck ties .

shooting drill , and shoot/lunge step etc , good physical workout with sprawls , leg levers , explosive bridging , my shoulder roll pushups .

lots of work on knee mechanics and postures …

covered more than that , did a lot in retrospect .

some takedown work , some self defence , standing chokes from behind , taking the knee etc , taking the back when there in your guard , rolling . getting my fitness back .

edit oh yeah rear naked choke a couple gi chokes .

wasnt happy with the shoulder workout yesterday so

military press with the 32kg kettlebell

then some intuflow .

still not breathing well , and am behind on my pull ups , will try do them wednesday .
