tabata workout bridges quad presses sprawls spinal rocks with hip stand no hand up thingys .. ugg terminology
lots of bodyflow stuff , managed to get the feel and do bridges with 1 hand raises
light training for me , mostly Dazzles workout , his mobility and flow are improving every week
