was tired and struggling today , but tried to push through

ended up on the ned of round four somehow throwing out my neck , very sore .. ended there …..

looking after it , seems to be a recurring weakness twinged it a few months back …..

Thurs Juijitsu

hard warmup , happy with my improvemnt conditioning wise .

triangle work , the triangle , how to switch legs and choke if they wrap the leg , and how to transfer to omoplata , how to bait and get the outside arm in an arm lock if that fails , and a kimura from the smae position if not as deep .

some good rolling , having a lot of success working the open guard variants .

excellent instruction , am always impressed , feeling very lucky to get so much individual instruction from such an advanced instructor/fighter at a white belt level .

five sets ,better today , completed all sets all rounds …. then proceeded to throw up ….. maybe a little intense

20 seconds on 10 off five sets ………
killer circuit , am destroyed 9-10 RPE , could not escape
all good but reverse pushups failed in final 2 sets could not maintain for 20 secs

juijitsu , after a weekend moviing and sporadic training , felt very fatigued , dizzy and a little ill , am guessing over tired and dehydrated , pushed through and drank lots , did lots of guard work , pulling guard stuff for the guys in comp , lots of free time working where i worked my triangle which needs a lot more work to become fluid and catchable .

not much posting last week , but lots going on life , work and training wise , have to seriously up my calories , am very lean and any more loss i suspect will be muscle , feeling strong though
