2000 rep warm up 20 excercises 100 reps .. ouch ….
half guard passes , variations , good stuff .
rolling , best night ever , very fluid , much better timing and patience , caught with variety of moves incuding couple of triangles , omoplata , various triangles and a bow and arrow choke , didnt get subbed or even near it , moons where in alignment , doubt it will ever be that way again …… The gods smiled and Paulo gave me two stripes … good day

Monday, June 7th, 2010ok havnet been blogging my training …. introspective stage ……
had a touch of the flu , for a few days , on the mend will train tonight , intflow today .
am at a tipping point in my training , and more specifically my teaching , am ready to run ahead and am going for it , realising my limitations as an instructor …. had an approach in the park to teach and breifly crosed hands with another potential student , Am no longer training anyone who wont put in at least as much as I will , they will be meat puppets . If they keep up thats cool if they dont not my concern .
I need to invest in weapons training , and contact , am physically in great shape , need to continue the groundwork , need to set a working plan in place to get some high gear ……. am considering some papaers in physical training anatomy etc , maybe pursue kettlebell certification .
