		<description>everything Rick , stuff like lunges and pushups , shrimping , bridging , crunches , star jumps etc .... every other body weight thing you can imagine , lots of light things too , but 100 reps makes everything hard . It&#039;s pretty much non stop , the only break I remember was the pushups were in sets of 50</description>
