more flow and absorbtion mobility . and then conditioining , some NLD type work exploring dragon flow .

becoming much more fluid , and were moving into bigger/more complex areas of mobility within striking/yeilding

really for the first time got outside wrist strikes to work heavily , big impact , very cool …… the combination of approaches is working .

Blogs slipping been busy , worked monday till 10 pm so no MA , tuesday I did do some flock of pigeons flow .

Ok missing lifitng tonight …..

to tired , got home did some intuflow and prasara which helped . And did the core , body levers but not very convincing , if I`m tired I should listen , core you cannot force or fake is fascinating in itself .

not much happening this week training wise , have done 60 hours this week at work which in some sense is physical enough , under pressure , and am tired .

feel strong just need sleep , hope to pick up where I left of on the weekend , but will try this take it easy bit .
