takedowns and sweeps , moving on from last week , covering more angles and the principles , two points draw a circle and JMC . How to join and hip pop and impulse throw .
underhook and overhook throws , neck and arm spiral , inside and outside throw , Placing the opponent from the throw , staying attached and mobile .
Bobbing weaving drop back , and the drills that can be practiced solo , position and movement and pad combos , striking and intercepting and entrys , much nicer.Sliding and pivoting .
conditioning , kanshiwa and sanchin , using sanchin posture to counter throws/clinches .
going really well , seeing folks conditioning lifting ,Seeing Ben confident knowing he can go to shin on shin sweeps etc really positive .

warm up flow standing to squat to spinal rock , then roll back to feet stand then sprawl with a pressup or quad press pop back to feet , rinse repeat ad infinitum .
didnt do too many but just demonstrating how the movement skills build , and how to play with the movement. I did a bit of freestyle during this but didnt do much today .

Arms and legs conditioning
went through sweeps and some take downs and the variations of distance and timing .
NLD to the takedwons we were doing , looking for/shifting the balance , finding the void , taking there mobility and dropping them into the void .
went over a little of the ground positioning and how to pin and control after the fall , stressed the importance of trying to stay upright and in a position to stand and escape .
