Tried to progress paralettes so minimal work until I can hold the moves . Strengthening
Lots of Stretching/yoga holding for duration about 30 minutes all up , focusing on legs hips and wrists .

then showing dazzle my movement play , working from the origins and waving movement from the centre , rolling around the centre .

been playing with grapplers toolbox mainly working the knees
tonight
kettlebell push press 17 reps per arm with the 32 kg , watching the elbow and wrist with some serious strapping …. will monitor .
pistol squats till fried , working on form , think these are best bang for the buck at maintaining leg strength , however am aware of the knees and what they could potentially do .
Lateral shoulder roll , cementing form , and getting those abs burning .
