a couple gi chokes from side control , some basics and tips , rolling , good clean juijitsu fun
in the park , just some drilling , no real Training for me , just running the group and taking a break .
warm up usual stuff , plus some sprints , bear crawls while towing your partner , a few laps of firemans carry

after tuesgay was tough , today I feel Quite beaten up , everythngs niggly , but feel great , good workload this week , recovery time

worked on mount , long and short and hooks , did some basic subs , americana ezekial etc etc

half guard passes , variations , good stuff .
rolling , best night ever , very fluid , much better timing and patience , caught with variety of moves incuding couple of triangles , omoplata , various triangles and a bow and arrow choke , didnt get subbed or even near it , moons where in alignment , doubt it will ever be that way again …… The gods smiled and Paulo gave me two stripes … good day
