Star jumps, Quad presses,Leg thread, spinal rocks with get up, Sprawls and maybe something else

Standing in base , moving on the ground , defending from the ground , kicking/striking from the ground , Ankle/shin take down .

Kanshiwa , front kicking from the grab , kicking/stomping rolling the ankle .

Good talk about things expectations and where things are going . Uechi as a system rather than a style , progression .
